1: Does Agent Shield register my buyers?
A: No. Agent Shield is a marketing tool. We help agents generate buyer leads. After the lead is generated, the agent will go through their own process to work with their buyer to continue the purchase process. Agent Shield is not part of the purchase process.
2: How do I register my buyer with the builder?
A: Each builder/developer has their own registration process and contracts. Agents should contact the builder's onsite sales team to register their buyers.
3: How do I know if a contact form is an Agent Shield contact form?
A: Agent Shield contact forms have a small Agent Shield logo next to them. This logo is a visual cue that the form is an Agent Shield form.
4: Why do some of the listings not have a link to the community or builder website?
A: Agent Tracker is the patented technology that tracks who the referring agent is and associates that lead to that agent. Agent Tracker is part of Agent Shield's Realtor Outreach tools which is a paid service for builders and developers. Only community and builder websites that use have upgraded to the paid service have links to them otherwise there is no way of tracking the agent's leads.
