Step 1: Add Agent Shield code to your website.

Step 2: Add information about your listing to Agent Shield.

Step 3: Launch and team training.

Step 1: Add Agent Shield code to your website.

The first step is to add the Agent Shield code to your community/project's website. This is the technology that powers the features such as Agent Tracker and Agent Portal. Your webmaster will need to add our Agent Shield code to your website. Instructions and support for your webmaster will be provided.

The process for this step are:

  1. Provide Agent Shield with the name and email address for your webmaster.
  2. Agent Shield will email instructions to your webmaster.
  3. Your webmaster will add the Agent Shield code to your website.
  4. You will notify Agent Shield that your webmaster has completed adding the code to your website.
  5. After the Agent Shield code is added to your website, AS will test to ensure the code was added correctly.
  6. If the code is added correctly, Agent Shield will activate your website in the Agent Shield platform.
  7. Agent Shield will notify you when your website is active in Agent Shield.
  8. Your website is ready for use by agents.

Step 2: Add information about your listing to Agent Shield.

There are information about your project, such as description, pricing, floorplans, etc., that needs to be added to Agent Shield. This step will occur at the same time as Step 1.

We will have a training, called a "kick off meeting", for anyone who will be interacting with outside agents. The kick off meeting will be performed online so your team members can join from any location.

The training includes:

  1. How to use Agent Shield when working with agents.
  2. A demonstration of the application.
  3. Best practices.
  4. Questions and answers.

The process for this step are:

  1. Agent Shield will reach out to schedule an online kick off meeting.
  2. Agent Shield will send out meeting invitations with information to access the online meeting.
  3. The kick off meeting will be online so team members can join from any location.
